Please join members of the Cycle Community in discussing how the elements come together in a true cosmology to support humans in moving through real, embodied, lasting transformation in order to become the people who can manifest the visions being offered to us by the earth now in response to cascading crisis and chaos.

Who/What is the Cycle Community?
The Cycle Community, composed of current and completed students of the 5 Year Cycle of Transformation, are a non-local collective endeavoring to live by animist principles and shamanic lifeways, in our world, here and now. We gather in person in Oregon to move through retreats and seasonal gatherings, we do deep work together at a distance via the miracle of technology, and we continually support one another in taking our teachings and community selves out into the rest of the world, engaging robustly in our families, workplaces, social movements and other communities of practice.
Our learnings are sometimes hard-won but always joyous, and we’d love to connect with any folks – whether you feel interested, curious or even resistant – and share from our experiences, answer your questions and also share more about the Threshold Process, the 5 day immersion that centers on claiming your community and animist self and stepping out of the extractive, isolated presets we’ve been socialized into. Prerequisites for the Threshold Process include a year of practice with Energy Body Mastery and Energy Body Clearing.

What is the Threshold Process?
The Threshold Process is a 5 day, in-person immersion facilitated by the Cycle Community and lead by teachers Christina Pratt and Langston Kahn that supports us in stepping into our animist and community selves – the self that can enjoy being in vibrant healthy community with both the human and other-than-human world.
The next Threshold Process will be April 19-24, 2027, in Troutdale, OR.
Applications will open June 26 and close September 20, 2026.
The Threshold Process is the in-person pre-requisite for the 5-Year Cycle of Transformation, but it has power and value for all people, whether you choose to continue with the Cycle (and move into membership of the Cycle Community) or want to take your new Community Self back to your current communities, or even start your own! As a collective of people striving to live in alignment with animist principles in service of personal and collective liberation, the Cycle Community, in collaboration with Last Mask Center, offers this and every expression of our Teachings in service to that vision of the more beautiful, harmonious world we all want, in all the ways it wants to manifest.
