This is also a great preparation for The Threshold Process in 2027 to develop your animist, community self or gain access to The Cycle Teachings/Community.

MY PERSONAL STORY AND INVITATION FOR YOU...

In my late 20’s I went through a box of my childhood journals. These were the small, bright-colored, empty books with a little lock and key to supposedly keep your little brother or parents out of your private thoughts.

I opened them in order and scanned the precise cursive capturing what mattered to me in my pre-teen inner and outer worlds. I grew disturbed, realizing that by 12 years old I was deeply depressed. I was clearly a superficially happy little white girl, who was loved and supported by two parents and living a middle class, privileged, entitled life in a very beautiful place on earth. And I was aware of these blessings and deeply confused that in spite of them I was so deeply heart broken.

I didn’t understand what was wrong with me. I was terrified to tell anyone but my diary. All I knew was that the world was breaking my heart day after day.

The more I searched for answers to what I didn’t understand was depression, the more I despaired on those diary pages. I was convinced that my culture was feeding me lies and complete crap and that I was somehow crazy for not accepting it all.

Jumping forward 10 years, I am wrestling with clarifying the teachings of Year 3 of The Cycle of Transformation. The teachings are coming from Star and I am struggling with the star-to-human interface. But people are showing up for this retreat in 2 months and I have to get it together. I still haven’t figured out that what star is trying to teach me Taoism, journey by journey, which is a ridiculous prospect. I’m stumped. If stars can be frustrated, I am sure this one was.

And then in a stroke of multi-sensory, many-ways-of-knowing brilliance from Star, the kind that I only experience when shoved there in a journey by spirit, I was emersed in the emotions and feelings of my broken-hearted child self while still also my adult self. Star overlaid the heart powers, highlighting the excesses and deficiencies of that child’s broken heart. Star then moved the heart powers into their regenerative relationships so that I could feel the innate capacity of the heart to heal, while moving me through the transformation of my heart from then to now.

Then with my mind and heart already completely blown, Star added the dimension of elemental energies moving within the heart chambers creating an ever-constant and ever-changing flow and balance. That indescribable, multi-sensory experience became the cipher for decoking the interpretation for all of the other Star journeys. The Year 3 teachings came together in the nick of time.

What star did that day was to move the four powers of the heart, similar to Angeles Arrien’s work that can be found in The Four-fold Way*, into living, breathing, regenerative, multi-ways of knowing relationships with each other. Living those relationships lays out a path to literally being whole-hearted even in the face of what is heart-breaking in our world. The cultivation of the regenerative and expressive whole heart is the journey of all 4 parts of Awakening the Courageous Heart Series.

FAQS

IF I TAKE ACHPSG, DO I STILL NEED TO TAKE EBM, EBC, AND/OR JOURNEYING TO MEET THE ACH PREREQUISITES?

YES, you need to take all of the required courses in full. If you are taking any of them for the first time this year, I suggest also take ACH Prep Study Group.

DOES THE ACHPSG SATISFY THE ACH2-4 PREREQUISITES?

No, not remotely. Shortcutting the prerequisites is not the point of the ACH Preparation Study Group.

SO WHAT'S THE POINT THEN?

Well, the point is preparation to support the depth of your ACH experience. The point is your ability to complete all four parts of the ACH process as a live, community experience with one on one access to the teacher. The point is not substitution or getting something for free.

The point is offering help to cross the bridge from taking the 3 online classes to doing the practices and to meet the mountain of peoples’ frustration from last time when they found out that the pre-requisites mattered.

The point is offering help to understand what those practices are (not too much or too little) so that they are foundational for you (you can truly stand on them with ease) and use them to step up into the Awakening the Courageous Heart work.

The point is to help people get over the hump from head learning to practice and embodiment. For example, each of these is a big hump for people:

I don’t really have a daily energy body hygiene practice, even after taking EBM
I don’t really clear in your way, even after taking EBM
I don’t see my life/patterns/discomfort changing after my clearings, even after taking EBC
I don’t really clear regularly as a way to show up differently in the world, even after taking EBC
I can’t journey “your way,” even after taking Basic Journeying

If any of these things, or experiences like them, are true for you then you do know what the ACH Preparation Study Group is for. It’s for that place between information and practice. It’s to help you over your hump to the bridge, to cross that bridge, and step up into the next level of work.

For those of you who remember these talks, it is to help you, now that you have learned to swim in the blue water, to swim out into the open, black water of deeper work.

I HAVE TAKEN ACH1, 2, 3, OR 4, EBM, EBC, BASIC JOURNEY. CAN I TAKE THE ACHPSG FOR FREE?

No. We invite you to retake something you have already exchanged for. There is no way to retake something that has never happened.
If you have taken all of those courses, you are prepared and there are better ways to tailor what you need to work on now for a deeper experience. Again, setup a phone session with me by contacting Andrea.

DOES THE COURSE REQUIRE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE?

There are no pre-requisites, but you do need curiosity, compassion for your own learning self, and joy in experiential learning.

WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY?

Your experience remains completely confidential. If you wish to share in the live session or on the closed online discussion group, there are clearly posted group guidelines which include confidentiality. We respect the vulnerability it takes to learn something new and honor the shared, sacred space.

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?

Nothing special, just a device that connects to the Internet to access the course website and to access Might Networks for group discussion. Headphones can help with sound quality.

DO I NEED STRONG INTERNET SKILLS TO DO THIS COURSE?

Only for accessing the course website and interacting in the Q&A aspect of online group discussions. We will give you all the support we can – and you’ll see that, once you’re in the flow, it’s really easy.

WHAT IF I NEED TECHNICAL SUPPORT?

Andrea, our program manager, can answer your basic questions to get oriented, supply you with login information, lost links and other course information. For technical issues you are encountering due to your specific devices, bandwidth, and operating systems, you can contact Zoom Help Center or Might Networks Help Center to speak to the technical professionals.

No worries. You can post questions in advance on the Mighty Networks discussion group or after you have watched the recording of the class.

Christina is available for individual sessions via phone, or Zoom when you feel you require individual consultation. There is limited availability so consider posting in our dedicated discussion space first. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

If you choose the payment plan option your first payment will be charged immediately. Your 2 remaining instalments will be charged monthly from the date you register. For example, if you register on Feb 5 your second payment will be March 5 and your final payment will be April 5.
